In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from the payment receipt date. Please not that whilst there are some instances in which dispatch may be delayed, Annod will notify you by email when your order has been sent.

International

Free Shipping – $170 AUD minimum spend

Flat Rate $25 – under $170 AUD minimum spend

All ANNOD products go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage.

However, in the case of items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped we will gladly replace them.Please email admin@annod.com.au outlining the reason for return within 4 days of receiving your order.

 

Consumer Exchanges, Refunds and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a replacement, refund, or exchange.

We will reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition as per Australian Consumer Law. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us prior to returning the damaged goods.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your products, we will happily provide a full refund or credit. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to Annod Natural Skincare. The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product.

Return Instructions

Please contact us via your order confirmation or sales@annod.com.au.

Include your order number and let our team know about the issue and why you would like to return your product. To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:

  • Refund payments will be made for the amount of the original purchase price minus PayPal of After Pay fees.
  • Returned product must have 50% of the contents remaining.
  • The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is valid for products purchased online from www.annod.com.au only.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. Any goods returned to us will be at your expense regardless of the fault or reason for their return. Note to International Customers: Because duties and taxes are collected by the government in the country where the goods are received, these costs are exempt from refunds.
